Recurrent Urinary Tract Infections?

Pay attention to your diet and cut sugars and carbs and fast food. Pee after sex.  Don’t get dehydrated. Have regular bowel movements and avoid constipation. 

If you have uncomplicated UTI, drink unsweetened cranberry juice. Ibuprofen may help the pain. 

You most likely need a short course of antibiotic. A narrow spectrum antibiotic has recently been approved by the FDA* for 18+ yr old women. Ask your provider
