Purpose and Activities
Scholarship awards paid to the college or university for graduate education for Chinese and Southeast Asian students, primarily for seminary and theological studies in Christian education.
The grantmaker has identified the following area(s) of interest:
Grace Foundation Program
A student must be unable to pursue studies without some form of financial assistance; have the ability to express himself/herself clearly and to personally complete the Grace Foundation Application Form in English; Preference is shown to students who express a strong commitment to return to their native country upon completion of their studies to provide service in Christian ministry, teaching, health care, or welfare assistance to the poor and uneducated. Scholarships are in amounts of up to $3,500 and cover the costs of tuition only. Scholarships are renewable for up to four years of full-time study provided recipient maintains at least a 3.0 GPA.
Grants to Individuals Program
Scholarships to economically deprived students of China and Southeast Asia only, to work towards improving the welfare of persons in their native countries and promoting the Christian faith.
