Purpose and Activities
Giving for student loans to physically handicapped students and to students who by misfortune or calamity cannot otherwise complete their education in Oklahoma high schools, Oklahoma State University, Oklahoma City University, or the University of Oklahoma. Also provides grants to handicapped children, young men or women for corrective surgery and hospitalization, the necessities of life while in convalescence, and for vocational training to enable them to earn their own living.

Educational loans limited to financially needy residents of OK for study at OK high schools and vocational schools, and Oklahoma State University, Oklahoma City University, and the University of Oklahoma. Preference is given to physically disabled students, and students who, by misfortune or calamity, cannot otherwise complete their education. Medical expenses to physically disabled children and young men and women of OK.
